ddok Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ddok platform and all related services. By accessing the ddok website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the ddok platform. These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.

ddok is a secure and reliable online gaming platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, and many other gaming experiences for users in Bangladesh. These Terms have been established to ensure the fair and safe operation of the platform.

To use ddok's services, you must create a personal account. Please keep the following in mind when creating your account:

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each user may create only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, and ID number — must be accurate and up to date.
• Only one account may be opened per email address or mobile number.
• If multiple members of the same household operate accounts from the same device or IP address, ddok reserves the right to verify this.

2.2 Account Security

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential — do not share them with anyone.
• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify the support team immediately.
• ddok will never ask for your password via email or chat.

ddok is not liable for any loss resulting from any platform error or technical issue if that loss occurred due to negligence in keeping the account secure.

At the time of registration, you must declare that you are 21 years of age or older. ddok may request a copy of a government-issued ID for age verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

3.1 Ineligible Persons

The following persons may not use ddok:

• Any person under the age of 21.
• Those who have voluntarily self-excluded from online gaming.
• Those whose previous ddok account was closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• Those who have opened an account using a false or fictitious identity.

Financial transactions on ddok are secured through SSL encryption technology. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ddok supports only the following payment methods:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Major commercial banks in Bangladesh (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Withdrawal requests from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, bank transfers may take additional time.

4.4 Transaction Verification

If unusual transactions or suspected fraud are detected, ddok may request additional identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until the required documents are provided.

ddok offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the following conditions carefully before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a ৳15,000 bonus — total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers required before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may be used only once per account.
• Bonuses are not considered cash; they may only be used for wagering.
• ddok reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
• If misuse of bonus benefits is detected, the account may be closed.

The following rules apply when placing sports bets, playing live casino, slots, and other games on the ddok platform.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ddok reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, a refund will be issued in accordance with ddok's own policy.

6.2 Gaming Fairness

ddok follows a fair play policy. The outcome of all games is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is independently audited.

6.3 Multi-Account Betting Prohibited

Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts by the same person or a coordinated group is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, winnings will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ddok. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Opening an account under a false identity or using another person's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Abusing bonus benefits or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting other players or ddok staff.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using any software bot or automated system to place bets.
• Interfering with or attempting to hack the platform's security systems.
• Conducting transactions on behalf of another person without their consent.

8.1 Suspension by ddok

ddok reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• If the age verification process has not been completed.
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your own account, please email [email protected]. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. Unused bonuses on a closed account will be forfeited.

ddok always strives to maintain its services at the highest standard. However, uninterrupted 24/7 service cannot be guaranteed. Services may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance periods.

ddok reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Therefore, it is recommended that you re-read this page after each update.
